Floors and baseboards: Vacuum edges, mop hard floors, and wipe baseboards. Clean transitions between flooring types keep the house from feeling \"chopped up.\"
Bathrooms and kitchens: Remove hard water spots, soap scum, and grease. Pay attention to grout lines, faucets, and the area around the stove.
Air quality: Dust blinds, fan blades, and vents, and replace HVAC filters. Less dust and fewer odors signal care and reduce concerns about hidden issues.

I earned my sales license in the mid 1980s, became a Broker soon afterward, and have worked in many corners of real estate, including business sales, mortgages, new tract homes, and long term residential resale. This broader experience helps me explain financing, contracts, and risk in plain language, so decisions feel grounded.
